Frederick, MD (PRWEB via PressReleaseHelp) November 14, 2006 –- Holistic Health Associates, www.holistichealthassociates.net, a full-service center in Frederick providing healing and wellness modalities ranging from acupuncture to yoga and palates, now includes personal coaching among its service offerings. Jim Jenkins, founder and president of the Frederick-based coaching firm Creative Visions Consulting, has joined the center’s staff to help clients achieve greater personal fulfillment.
“Personal coaching helps people sort through dissatisfactions with their relationships, their life situation or themselves, then find their way to happiness and success,” explains Jenkins, who has more than 10 years of experience helping large organizations as well as individuals transform.
“With Jim on board, we now have a greater ability to help clients enjoy long-term health and wellness,” says acupuncturist/Chinese herbalist Ryan Diener, co-founder and director of Holistic Health Associates. “Jim is one of the few personal coaches who understands the need to coach the entire human being and not just the issue at hand to help people lead better lives.”
Holistic Health Associates co-founder Denise Ordonio, a certified massage therapist, is also excited about bringing on a coach. “Having Jim on staff will help our clients make lasting changes in their lives,” Ordonio says, “and I’ll be among the first to utilize his services. Even life-enhancing practitioners sometimes need a boost to maintain our effectiveness.”
An intimate facility in historic downtown Frederick, Holistic Health Associates is just a short walk from Baker Park and the Carroll Creek Promenade. Clients meet with their coach in person there at least twice a month, usually for six months to a year, with flexible scheduling at the client’s convenience. Coaching costs an average of $375 per month, depending on how often clients meet with their coach and the program’s duration. Supplementary books, CDs, journals and other transformational tools are included in the price of the program.
“Coaching teaches people to be self-correcting and self-generating so that they make the best choices for themselves in sustaining new behaviors and habits,” adds Jim Jenkins. “Combined with yoga, acupuncture or massage, it enables people to make healthy changes stick in their lives.”
